VIBRATORY PANS & INSERTS

  LinkTech fabricates UHMW Vibratory Conveyor pans as a drop-in insert or can be bonded directly to an existing stainless steel pan already in service. LinkTech can also construct freestanding Vibratory Conveyor pans using our patented composite VersaPoly®. LinkTech produces equipment with a UHMW to match your needs, i.e. - Antistatic (preventing statically charged material (fines) from building up on the pan surface), High-temperature, Textured and/or Antimicrobial.

  Forced outages due to build-up of sticky food products on Vibratory Pans has been a problem in food processing/packaging plants for decades. To keep production lines running efficiently, build-up on stainless steel equipment can require cleaning as much as every 2 to 6 hours. These forced outages also result in thousands of pounds of lost production, and an increase in clean up cost.
